Brandon comes from an established real estate and new home construction family business and remembers helping his dad on job sites as a kid. He’s been in and around the mortgage industry a decade and this back ground really helps him customize the best option for each client. There is not a “one size fits all” program out there so it’s important to discover and know all of the available options for a client so they can make the most informed decision when choosing their mortgage loan. Brandon enjoys catching Pokemon with his two boys Peyton and Parker and sitting down to tea and a picnic with his little girl Kinley. Brandon and his family live in the growing town of Waxhaw.

Renée is a Union County native and began her mortgage career here at Whitley Mortgage Associates in 1995. She is a licensed mortgage loan officer in N.C. and S.C. and a licensed real estate agent in N.C. She attended East Carolina University and is currently working on her Business and Law degree at Western Carolina University. Her passion is helping people finance the construction of their new homes or obtain the financing for the purchase of their new home.

Renée and her husband JT and their daughter Sara live in Wingate, NC near her oldest daughter Alexandra Caldwell and spouse Joseph and are members of Hopewell Baptist Church. She enjoys reading, gardening, coffee and spending time with her family and friends.

Amy has been with Whitley for over twenty-seven years. She has worked in a variety of positions, accruing vast experience in all areas of the loan process. Amy’s expertise is invaluable in making the home loan process smooth. She is a beautiful soul that cares deeply for her clients. She takes extra time and care in explaining and working with borrowers, on a daily basis. We are so fortunate to have Amy on the Whitley Team!

Rebbecca has been working in the mortgage industry as a loan processor and closer for over ten years. She is a Union County, North Carolina native.. She attended Sun Valley High School and Western Carolina University in the beautiful NC mountains. She has vast knowledge of meeting conditions for various lenders and works well with clients and borrowers. Rebbecca is an asset to our Whitley Mortgage Family and we are grateful she is with us to serve our clients with excellence!

Debbie is the co-founder of Whitley Mortgage Associates, Inc. She is married to David Whitley, Sr. and they both enjoy their grandchildren, church, pets and hobbies. She is a busy grand – otherwise known as Granna. She manages much of the daily, behind the scenes activities with the busy mortgage company. She demonstrates kindness and concern for the clients that Whitley Mortgage serves. Debbie pushes Whitley Mortgage to be better all the time!

Trevor’s extensive experience in the mortgage industry is evident as he works with first-time home borrowers; seasoned homeowners; and Realtors® in financing their buyers. He has worked in all phases of home mortgage lending for over 12 years. His thorough understanding and expertise of the mortgage process are evident in every transaction by the exceptional standards and business principles he employs. Trevor lives in Hickory where he and his Golden Retriever, Lincoln, enjoy the outdoors and hiking area trails.
